You mention the summit is on private land and that one should hop a fence to get to it.
Would this be contrary to the landowner's wishes and trespassing? If so, although SP does not have a formal policy forbidding posting "closed" summits, we would add a disclaimer here that SP does not condone or encourage it.
If the landowner is okay with people going there, please note that in the page or mention how one is supposed to get permission. Page users should be fully aware of any access issues.
