Fond memories...I wore bell bottoms to public school in northern Utah. Though stylish, they weren't
very practical.
In the winter, ice built up underneath them.
When I rode my bicycle, they got caught in the chain and were stained with oil.
I later switched to lycra and spandex.

Re: Fond memories...It is true that bellbottoms were stylish in their day but you are right about riding a bike with those suckers on. Not good. Lycra and spandex? I remember those but I sure wouldn't be caught wearing them today.
