1974 - One Week Backpacking Trip on Isle Royale

Everywhere we hiked on the island's ridge there were flowers, waist-high in bloom that summer. Here are few!

Back in '74 I had the pleasure of traveling with 20+ high school students as a chaperone for six weeks across Canada and the US and spent one week on Isle Royale.
