3/5/05: After climbing...

3/5/05: After climbing Keplinger's Couloir, this was NOT where we wanted to be! The snow below, though reaching 53 degrees, was much more fitting for our continuation upward to meet the upper part of The Keyhole Route, than the 4th class icy cliffs we were now climbing. This is Georg, downclimbing to get back to safer ground.
