3 weeks long solo trip

Sitting in one of my bivy-caves.

Self portrait taken during my 3 weeks long solo trip to Switzerland. After soloing Dom I went for Monte Rosa group...using natural shelters only for all the time.

Panorama from moraine of the Grenzglescher here.

Another good bivy spot on moraine of the Grenzglescher is here

My 3 weeks long solo album is here

Nice self portait and nice style for your ascents. Do more with less is the real game in the days of guided ascents and ''trendy'' summiting.

Thank you. As you said, style matters, the real game is being in the mountains on your own carrying your food and shelter. Summiting when you don't use Huts and guides is very hard but happy work then. I regret we have 2007 now not 1907 or earlier, when summits where not crowded.
