9/10/05: Snowmass Mountain, as seen from Hagerman Peak's summit. Note the impressive connecting ridge. I have been interested in trying this traverse, but daylight was fading on this day. The standard route for Snowmass Mountain is on the right side of the photo, and "S" Ridge is on the left. K2 and the knife edge of Capitol Peak can be seen in the right, background.
