9/20/04: View of the Virginia/Winfield Peaks ridge-line at sunrise, as I ascend the west side of Brown's Peak enroute to Huron. One of the most beautiful scenes I've ever experienced. . . just before I got caught in a snowstorm. "Red in the morning sailors (and climbers) take warning. . ." I did eventually make it to Huron, but had a view of perhaps 50 yards from the summit and no further.
Also, note the golden color of the aspens. I love this time of year!!!

Voted 10/10 | Brilliant shot! I found this pic because i saw you posted a picture on my Buzzard Peak page. Thanks for the addition and you sure have some great photos. You should sign the summit logs, because it looks like you've summited a lot of peaks. Have a good one!

Hasn't voted | Thanks,
Looks like you get around with all the summit logs and pics/mountains from different states you have on SP! Good work and thanks for the input... I think I will take your advice and start signing the summit logs; just haven't gotten around to that yet...
