It is indeed

the Mettelhorn with a little bit of Weisshorn. The name of the place is called Sunnegga

Where is the subpeak?

If the photo is taken from Sunnegga - then the high peak in the background has to be Weisshorn - just call the direction on the map.

Mettelhorn has a subpeak or a twinpeak few hundred meters to the west (Platth 3345 m). I think it is strange that I cant see this one on the photo.

Re: Where is the subpeak?

I checked my notes again and the photos I took between this one and I think this was taken from the Top of Riffelhon not Sunnegga!!

If that is any help in identifying the peak??
