A historical photo of the Tengboche Monastery, by moonlight. October, 1977. Historical because this photo can't be repeated, that building was destroyed by fire in 1989.

The line of light in front of the building is where someone walked carrying a lantern during the 5-minute exposure.

Compare to this shot, taken from the monastery steps and looking back at camp.
