	Hasn't voted	...it was very cold, but as i've write to Roberto the ice's blades you can see over the summit cross forms with particular conditions (cold, wind and dampness) we often can see on Appennino...a sort of local micro-climate. Grazie mille Eric e salutoni. silvia

I love seeing pictures of this stuff. Don't think I've ever seen it so thick. I've ran into conditions like this before in the Sangre de Cristo Montains here in Colorado. We call it Rime Ice. It forced us to cancel our climb. Nice dogs too!!! :o)
