A lake "eye" above Steffisalpe above Warth

A lovely pond on just above 1800 metres, just above Steffisalpe, with a view to the Wösterspitze and the Rüfispitze. The temperature had dropped overnight which brought snow to the mountain peaks on that day in September.

Yes, the area around Lech, although mainly known as a winter sports area, is gorgeous also in summer and full of very special spots like this one!
