A photo of the AT as it ascends towards the top of Grassy Ridge Bald. The clouds were thick that day and seemed to blanket the mountain and the valleys below.

Note: The AT does not take you to the summit. If you are hiking from Carvers Gap to the summit, it turns and the trail splits and forms another trail (that is what takes you to the top).
