A pretty spot to rest at...
A pretty spot to rest at about the midpoint of the Lend-a-Hand trail.

The peak jutting up in the distance is Mt Lowell, which forms the eastern wall of Carrigain Notch. In front of it to the right, mostly hidden by trees, is the eastern ("Zeacliff") part of Zealand Mountain.

January 2005.
