I was tellin' my neighbor Hank:

"Hey, Hank! Check out the "Twins" picture of
the bull elk crossing the road and licking his lips!"

"Reckon you don't see that very often.."

End of conversation. Anyway, I'm wonderin'
if that bull elk didn't bite into somebody's
peanut butter and jelly sandwich.

Ya it is a rare sight to see a bull licking his lips....could have been a PB and J because after all this was seen in Yellowstone. However considering it was in the middle of no where and how fast he crossed the road I doubt it. Who knows...only him. Happy Trails Larry.

"You cannot stay on the summit forever; you have to come down again. So why bother in the first place? Just this: What is above knows what is below, but what is below does not know what is above. One climbs, one sees. One descends, one sees no longer, but one has seen. There is an art of conducting oneself in the lower regions by the memory of what one saw higher up. When one can no longer see, one can at least still know."   --Rene Daumal
