A splendid aerial photo of...
A splendid aerial photo of the tallest section of the north face, with the twin pillars: on the left the one leading to Pt. Walker, on the right the Croz spur. In the center it's visible the Pt. Whymper. To the left of the Walker pillar, lies the Linceul (the Shroud).


To give you an idea how tall those pillars are, to make one as high as the Walker spur, three Empire State Buildings one on the top of the other would be barely sufficient!
