A view of the north basin (Ramon Creek drainage) showing the terrain from/to Canada, which is less than 2 miles distant. If you can drive to the nearest clearcut you could climb Sheep in less than 3 hours round-trip. If those roads are gated a bicycle will probably be worthwhile. July 4, 2005.
