how easy is to traverse from the summit of Mills over to Abbot?

Not easy at all unless you want to do some technical climbing. In between lies the Petit Griffon. There is some info about it on the Mt. Abbot main page. I don't think such a traverse has been done often, if at all.

Mt. Mills is kind of a messy climb, btw. I did not enjoy it: it's one of the few climbs I do not recommend at all. Routefinding is a bit tricky.
