The actual Notch Trail ends a bit short of a higher, clearer vantage point. Only a few hundred yards beyond the double-flagged right turn to the Notch, you can scramble around a bit and get about 50-75' higher and open better views to the east-southeast. Taken 4-21-2009. Comments |
