| Great Climb! We left Mendoza on Dec. 19th, Spent Christmas at Plaza Argentina and reached the summit on New Years Day 2012. Weather turned just after reaching the summit and the trek back to high camp was white out. It was all good! Being a Northwest climber, the higher altitude required a little adjustment. Well worth the trip. | |

| Hi - so you summited on Aconcagua 5 days before me? Which side were you on? And how were conditions? - as I recall the 12th was a pretty bad day - and there were 3 deaths on different parts of the mountain. You and I exchanged messages over one of my Weissmies pictures back in January and we said we'd look out for each other! Cheers, Mark | |

| An amazing journey through the Vacas Valley and Relinquos Gorge - and thence a sort of spiral staircase to the summit via lower Polish, middle Guanacos and upper Normal routes. The whole mountain experience was marvelous, but as an added bonus I also made some great new friends. | |

| Climbed Aconcagua. An amazing experience. Met great people along the road and during the climb. A dream come true. Can't wait to go back. I'm on my way again :) | |
