after all the responds for the evening picture is here a picture taken at the feet of the Reisskofel. As you already know is this beautifull peak not a part of the Hohe Tauern. He's a part of the Gailtaller Alps, just outside the south of the national parc.

Yes, it's taken on top of the "Pliess Alm" (1723 M) in Berg i. Drautal,That's on the road to E.T. Compton Hütte at 1585 M.

Christoph, I just posted the Reisskofel page. Perhaps you might want to add some information to it. Especially regarding approaches from north :-)
