After driving 12.5 miles from the Corn Creek station, you come upon this road that heads south towards the mountain. Gass Peak is slightly to the right above the sign. The service road pictured here doesn't go to the peak but the sign does notify you that no vehicles are allowed to proceed further hence the reason for stopping and parking.
