Thanks for your comments and vote. I am an excellent subject matter in the forum "GET RID OF POTD & POTW - show random pictures" in past few days.
Thanks to all respected members for writing about me and my photographs.
Best regards, Afzal
Did you get what i ment? My thinking is "hmm new picture from Azfal, it must be good!". So a check it and vote for it, it's a must do thing hehehe.
I really enjoy your photos and i think averyone else does!
Even though I am considering the current "photocontest" ill-designed and absurd, I also did not like a certain "Afzal bashing" spirit which appeared here and there in the recent forum thread.
I very much appreciate your humour by writing I am an excellent subject matter in the forum "GET RID OF POTD & POTW - show random pictures" in past few days. Wishing you all the best,
PS. I don't remember having voted over the past couple of years for a recent picture not attached to a newly-submitted informational page, but this time I couldn't resist voting on your portrait picture... :)
Afzal- as I hope you know I appreciate your photos and contributions, especially your Baltoro Glacier photos. Many of the top photos on this site are yours and deservedly so.
I hope you did not take my comments to mean otherwise. I wish names could have been left completely out of it. Some of us are only seeking to improve the process so it can the the best possible. I do not want anyone to be excluded including yourself. Your photos are some of what brought me here.
I really appreciate your nice comments. Thank you very much for your all support and votes to my contributions. I agree with your that "Some of us are only seeking to improve the process so it can the the best possible.". I hope for the best.
At summitpost I have friends who are very talented, and it’s hard for me to imagine ever being at their rank. But I can say very honestly that I never feel unhappy of their successes and activities, even when they absolutely place me to shame with their talents. Seeing people exceed my capabilities doesn’t make me unhappy. It inspires me.
