Aiguille Vert and the Dru

Great views across the Chamonix Valley towards the Aiguille Vert (the snowy summit) and the Dru. A few years back a huge chunk of the Dru dropped off - you can see the grey scar on the right face of the rock tower. Apparently the impact of this massive rock-fall was measured on the Richter scale in Geneva.
