Alberta Penstemon (Penstemon albertinus)

Alberta penstemon is found on open rocky slopes and outcrops from central Idaho, through western Montana to adjacent British Columbia and Alberta. It is considered a rare species in Canada. Photo from the North Fork Clearwater River, Idaho.
