If you are looking for canyon, gorge, Schlucht on SP you will find thousands of related pictures. At least some hundred of these are really great photos of canyons, still too many to add them all to this album. So I tried to pick out a few very good shots from many different canyons to get a large variety. I am very impressed by the large limestone canyons of South-East Europe (Tara, Krupa, Soca, etc.) filled with crystal clear water. But also the photos of American slot canyons and the Columbia River gorge are real highlights.
But still many famous canyons acting as a border of important mountain groups are still missing on summitpost.
