Overview

Location: Grayson County, Southwest Virginia. Jefferson National Forest and Grayson Highlands State Park
Date: October 9, 2006.
Camera: Canon Powershot A620
Software: Canon Photostitch and Adobe Photoshop

Summary:
The following panoramic images are from my Grayson Highlands backpacking trip I took with a few friends, October 7-9, 2006. Each of these images were taken on Oct. 9, when we hiked from Thomas Knob Shelter and down Wilburn Ridge back to our car. The two previous days were overcast and wet. The third day, as you can see in the images, made the six hour drive and two foggy, damp days worthwhile.

shots. I was there only about five days after you and didn't have nearly the color. Looks like you had some nice weather. I love this area.
