I have picked some of my favorite images from my trips taken this year. I have had a tough year and have learned a lot. I stepped up my level and due to that had many peaks I turned back on. I would not change the experiences for the world though. Next year I might or might not make it to all the summits I want. That is OK though. It is the great partners, the challenge and the journey that I cherish. Yeah the summit is great but for me it is not the only thing I climb for.

This album is mainly for my own pleasure and organization. I can look back on what I have had so much fun doing and learning in one season. There will be more added as there is still a month and a half to go. :)

Thanks! :) I wish there was a way to display them in order and not by votes though.

MOCKBAYou can display them in order

Voted 10/10

but it doesn't look so cool because the thumbnails are displayed instead of slightly larger "small" images.

Maybe even to stick the following link into the album description:

View Images in Chronological Order

A funny thing BTW, once you do, it becomes clear that the first '06 image dates back from 2005 ;)

yeah I know, but they look so good on the front page the way the album displays them. I wish we had control over how the album displays the order but still displays them in the nice album look. Oh well. :)

OOPS! I thought my Dog Mt trip was in Jan. That was when I wrote the TR. thanks for pointing that out. DOH!

...and again accompanied with some very personal and touching words from you. This is exactly one reason for summitpost.org being a special page among so many others. Thanks, go on and take care.

Kind regards,
Herbert

Incidentally, It is pity your 2006 slide show and videos can not see on my place. It may cause from congested communication network.
