Summer 2004It was our third trip abroad. After Nepal 1998 and Tanzania 2001, there came Peru 2004. Don't really remember why... I guess it had something to do with the Cordillera Blanca and the trip our friend Fernando had done to Huaraz the previous year. But it was well worth it, yes. Beautiful white mountains in the Cordillera, wonderful scenery down at the Colca Canyon and Arequipa, sailing across lake Titicaca and a final spectacular climb to Huayna Picchu.External Links Images
