After some failed winter climbs another years because the bad conditions of the snow, this year the snowfall was less important and we climbed finally the Castillo de Acher in winter. The access of the refuge with a lot of snow and some ramps of the south face of the mountain had a little of complications for the walk of the hard slope making a good hole in the snow for the feets but with great effort. The traverse of the north face of south wall under the south summit (2347m) in direction to the main summit (north, 2390m) had a lot of ice and it maked advisable the use of crampons and ice-axe. The sunny day gifted to us a landscape spectacullar in the western Pyrenees.
This climb was realizated in February 3, 2007.

Hasn't voted
