‘Where do we go this weekend?’ my girlfriend asked. ‘Depends on the weather, north or south, we will see!’ i said. The north program would have been around Tennengebirge, Salzburg. The South program would have been Julian Alps. But due to unstable weather with possible showers we decided to stay at my home and have some tours in the Karawanken region, if possible. And luckily it was possible…
On 17th we went to Petzen: from Luscha alp (1.270m) to Feistritzer Spitze, 2.114m and to the main summit of Kordeschkopf (2.125m) via Knieps (2.109m).
On 18th we drove to Bärental (Bear valley) and went from the Klagenfurter Hut to Hochstuhl (2.236m) and Bielschitza (1953m).
On 19th we went to Hochobir (2.139m) from Eisenkappeler Hut.
And on 20th we went to Ojstra (1.577m) and Topica (1.649m). Images
