Building an igloo

Constructing a real igloo requires an approximately 10-inch thick uniform and moderately firm windslab, so the proper materials are usually found in the middle of the higher-altitude glaciers or in flat sections of tundra valleys. It takes a good deal of breeze to prepare the "construction materials", but once built, an igloo would provide superior protection against these same elements!
