Vintage postcards from the High Tatras

This small collection of vintage postcards dates back to the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. The pictures are linked from this external source. Most of them depict the Téry hut (Téryho chata, Téry menedékház, Téry-Schutzhaus/hütte) and the surrounding Five Spiš Tarns (Päť Spišských plies, Öt-tó, Fünf-Seen); and the Green Tarn (Zelené pleso, Zöldtó, Grüner See), with the former Friedrich hut. The page is intended just to show some "retro" images of the High Tatras, not for voting.
