Pea Family

Silky-haired pea-pods of Utah milkvetch

Bonneville Peavine

Pea family (Fabaceae) has thousands and thousands of species, all sharing the beautiful laterally symmetrical banner-wing-keel design of their flowers. The most popular genus of mountain Fabaceae is Lupinus, with its popular album on SP.

This album should snowcase other, lesser wild peas, which would have been relegated to second roles in an album dominated by beautiful lupines. Especially vetches and peavines.
