Abstract

This album contains some of the pictures I took during a day with perfect weather on the way from Grindelwald to Schreckhornhütte and back. I didn't use the Pfingstegg cable car, but did all the way on my own, which is something I would recommend to anybody else going to Schreckhornhütte. The ascent through "Flielewald" (a nice alpine forest) is very joyful and much better than taking the cable car.

Including some side trips for getting better looks at the surrounding mountains my GPS counted over 2000 meters of gained altitude that day. The images were worth the effort.
