This weekend, I wanted to take an advantage from this beautiful weather, so I choose to go to Starý Smokovec and make a trip to the summit of Slavkoský štít (2452 m). Weather was awesome, but unfortunately, the western part of High Tatras was covered by clouds, so the views from the top were limited to the eastern part of those beautiful mountains.

We started in Starý Smokovec (1010 m) and we continued via Hrebienok (1285 m) to the summit of Slavkovský štít (2452 m). This trip lasts six and half hour.

So, enjoy my pictures :)

it was made yesterday. There is no snow in Tatras currently; only some small snowfields. And the weather was very changeable. It was sunny in the foothills and in the Lomnický štít group, but the summit was almost the whole day in the fog and clouds, as well as the western part of Tatras - therefore I don´t have any pictures of this part :(
