Snowshoeing to Francis Peak

I drove up Farmington Canyon to the winter gates on the last day of February, to snowshoe to Francis Peak. Got up there early, but found myself surrounded by snowmobiles. Climbing over the winter fence and I headed north toward the FAA towers on top of Francis. Total miles traveled were around 10 miles. Here are a couple photos I took of the area. I love winter time.
