Rzeka Skawa river is the right tributary of the Vistula-main river of Poland.Its source is below Spytkowicka Pass 709m and its lenght is over 96km. Spytkowicka Pass and the whole ridge is divide between Baltic sea's watershed and Black sea's watershed. Valley of Skawa River is border between Beskid Zywiecki and Beskid Makowski -Karpathian subgroups . The most spectacular and beautiful part of Skawa river is between Kojszówka village and Zembrzyce village and especially between Sucha Beskidzka and Makow Podhalanski towns

Pictures in this album were taken from January 2009 up to 16 April 2009 the last ones, during my several wandering hikes along its banks mostly through wild bush or on peebles

Very nice album ! You should attach it to "Beskidy" as a child.
I wonder if it is not this rive on a picture of mine.

Thank You Visentin.Album attached. Near Pilsko (picture of Yours) must be some other river.Probably it is Koszarawa river. But of course They are very alike.Cheers.W
