As much as I love Delicate Arch, nothing intrigues me quite the way that Landscape Arch does. It truly defies gravity although some day gravity will end up victorious. My wife and I made a special trip to Arches just to see Landscape Arch (her first time, my second) and I've put together my Landscape Arch pics here but since there are many, an album was the only way to focus
on just this special arch. All of my pics in this album were taken on
May 6th, 2009

More pics welcome

Feel free to attach Landscape Arch pics to this album.

lcarreauHello Dean ...

Voted 10/10

Thanks for opening this very special album up to other members.
I'd like to apologize for the popularity of the three photos that
I attached ... I didn't know they'd be so popular.

Your kindness is truly shown on Summitpost, and we all enjoy
your wonderful contributions - too many to count !!

Can I hug you now ?? ?

(Or, maybe you'd like some Hershey's Kisses ???)

lcarreauSorry for bending your ear,

but I was reading some information put out by the Natural Arch and Bridge Society (NABS).

Don't know if you're familiar with that group, but they have
"Fairy Bridge" in the Guangxi region of China as having a span
5' longer than Landscape Arch, thus making Fairy Bridge the
longest natural arch in the world.

Here's the link.
