Almost there...

Almost to the top of Trinchera peak. Taken from Trinchera road
itself around mid October, 2005. In October, myself and a friend
camped on Trinchera road a mile south of the turnoff to the campground.
We couldn't afford $12 a day camping for five days, afterall, so we
iterally camped 20 ft from the road. Not sure if this was allowed or
not, but we left no trace and in 5 days nobody bothered us.
Anyway, while others were taking ATV's to the top, we hiked it.
This was about an hour from the top after two hours already. This
was taken above treeline, and I got some really good shots of the
Spanish peaks from this same location.
