Beautiful shot Gangolf! This one, Bor's and Vid's little bugger shots are best I've seen. So, your trio is not only competing with mountain pages but also who has better little buggers photo ;-)

There's also this one, too. I don't know how many alpine choughs there are already on SP. The ones I liked best are Bor's curious one and the one flying above Drei Zinnen. Thanks Sasha!

OK, since I was mentioned here, I'm ready to give it a few stars. Ultimately, competition is healthy ;-)

Wish I could compete with you but my buggers are not so up close and personal and you are great gang to compete with ;-) I guess Vid you know that I ment about your Iof di Miezegnot (Poldanasnja spica) shot of Kavka in flight above the sea of low clouds and amazing views in the background.

Glad you reminded me! It is hard to decide which one is better:

Bor's and yours Gangolf are best portraits while Vid's and Ersy's incorporate bird into amazing panorama, so it's two different categories. So far 2:2 tied in categories and each shot is a winner :-)

Uh, forgot about that one Vid :-) Another great portrait of Kavka (AKA little bugger!). Well, Vid you are the winner at this time because you have great shots in both categories! :-) That is great innovation! Did bugger taste your salt (haha)
