You ought to attach the Enchantments area page to this page.

It's a beautiful part of this State. Definitely worth checking out.

Because you are new here, if you ever need a hiking partner for the area, just let me know. :-)

I'm planning a hiking/camping/fishing trip to the copper lake area and am looking to find out what resources there are to learn about what will be required to be able to hike/camp/fish the area. Can you help?

For whatever reason, the former U.S. Forest Service website for Alpine Lakes Wilderness is no longer (or at least not currently) valid/available. I did find these links, however, which should assist you:

http://www.vtrail.com/alwilderness_regulations.html
http://www.fs.fed.us/r6/mbs/passes/index.shtml#permits
http://www.wilderness.net/index.cfm?fuse=NWPS&sec=wildView&WID=8

Or it might be best to call one of the associated Ranger Stations, such as the Wenatchee River Ranger District @ (509)548-6977.

I like the new set of images you have added to this page. It's quite a face-lift.
