An alternative approach to the east summit

An alternative approach to the east summit can be found by traversing climbers right (instead of left/WNW) from the flat saddle described in the route page. This takes you to a 4th class gully (just left of center in the photo) that leads to a fun scramble up to the summit. From here it is simply a matter of downclimbing the other side of the east summit to the top of the 3rd class gully that separates it from the west summit.
