Angry Lake Superior
The ground under our feet vibrated with the impact of each wave. Keep in mind that in this photo the cliffs the wave is striking are 100' high. Occasionally we got showered a bit by the spray. August 1998.

It was a pretty crazy day...felt more like November than August that day. The kind of day that send tourists back south with horror stories of the weather in the UP:)
