Apikuni Mountain NW summit view
Old Sun Glacier perches high upon the east face of Mount Merritt (left). Behind and to the right, mighty Mount Cleveland's long summit ridge is partially draped in clouds. The sharp, essentially snow-free point rising between the two belongs to Natoas Peak. Mount Merritt holds the distinction of being Glacier National Park's shortest 10,000+ foot peak (10,004 ft.), while Mount Cleveland is the tallest (10,466 ft.).
