Applebee Dome is a flattopped...
Applebee Dome is a flattopped buttress at the base of Eastpost Spire, 500 feet up the moraine from Kain Hut. Camping is encouraged here, at $5 per person per night. Anniversary Peak is in the distance, across the Bugaboo Glacier. You can also see the Hounds Tooth's connection to Marmolata, off the right-hand edge. Out of sight in a rock alcove on the right side of Applebee is one of the world's more scenic toilets.
