The great dry north basin of Mad Wolf Mountain. The large, folded cliff band that cuts through the basin can only be climbed with extreme care in route finding. The shortest and easiest route utilizes a loose, short class III cliff band just out of frame and to the right. Another route is possible at the head of the basin, but involves steep climbing on sharp rocks. The actual summit is just right of center on the skyline.
