Approach to Carlsberg

18-March-2007: This is actually not Carlsberg Column, but a short flow just below the main one. Typically this is avoided and parties traverse right under it, then up and left above it to the base of the main flow.

Be mindful on the traverse - probably wise to put on crampons, since parts of the exposed approach can have ice and there have been fatal accidents.
