Approaching St. Nicholas Peak

After ascending the glacier from Bow Hut you can pause on a huge shelf below pushing on to clim St. Nicholas Peak. The route goes around the mountain (to left from this approach) and gains the Olive-St. Nicholas col on the other side (south) of the mountain. Photo Fury, July, 2006.
