Once we traversed the valle blanche we arrived at Cosmique hutte quite early. So why not? a bit of excercise and some nic eclimbing. In view of the long mount blanc traverse the day after.
So the full of entuxiasm we begun our climbing in quite fast way. It toke a bit the part with the 4c slab: we were widount any equipement apart few strings, rope, 4 express. Better have always 1-2 camalot! Anyway very nice and spectacular

Very fun and varied climb. Unfortunately very short. Crux section proved easier than one could expect when reading the grades. Five parties on the ridge this day so no crowds (easter).

Fantastic Route!
Snowed for most of the day but really enjoyed this route. Lower section had virtually no snow but after the abseils the route was in good condition.

Super Views!
I've done this route several times, lots of fun! Not difficult, great climb if you just want to be in the mountains or to get acclimatized. Did get swarmed by a bus tour of tourists with their cameras as I hurled myself over the railing at Aiguille du Midi. I smiled for them.
if a little busy and got my photo taken by loads of Japanese tourists at the top!

Climbed this ridge 4 times in total. Twice after climbing a route on the Eperon des Cosmiques.

WArm up
Walk down to the Valle Blanche and head up. Great fun with a few rock moves. Fun to top out at the balcony to the surprise of tourista

Snow made it easy?
Great day out, but found the route very boring. I think the think spring snow made it so we could walk right by the tricky rock bits. Some friends did it in summer and said it was really difficult, but we barely needed to belay anything.
Quite nice to end up directly at a cafe, although ambience is of climbing at a crowded ski lift station. Fortunately, in May, there were maybe 5 on the route all day.

Beautiful climb afterm many days of bad wheaterClimbed it in winter conditions after many stormy days in Chamonix.
