Arbus dunes
These poor creatures need some hair cut, yes. But they are sunken deep in sand and they can't help themselves. The biggest sand dunes, they say in Europe, are on Costa Verde. Miles long beach with the finest sand and on this place some 2 miles (3 km) stretch the dunes towards inland. Sand hills are up to 100 meters high. April, 2010.
